Pierre-Étienne Lambert
He is a graduate of Trois-Rivières University with a bachelor degree in kinesiology.
Pierre-Étienne has 5 years of coaching experience, including 3 years with the "Mégophias Swim Club" in Trois-Rivières, Quebec. He has had the opportunity to coach some of the best Canadian Age Group swimmers in the country... Pierre-Étienne's accomplishments include:
-Has produced finalists / medalists at Provincial Championships in 2009-2010
-Has produced finalists at Age Group Nationals in 2009-2010
-Has produced more than 20 club records
-Has been on the FNQ perfection camp coaching staff
-NCCP level 2 completed and working toward Competition Coach
-CSCTA member
Our club objective is to become a model in the manner to develop successful swimmers and ultimately to put those swimmers on the different national teams. I truly believe in developing quality athletes and that’s the reason why each swimmer at Dorado worth a lot for the organization. Fun and rigour, that’s my philosophy!

Hans Porten
Hans is an internationally ranked tria-thlete. He shares with us, his passion for training and most importantly, teaching! Hans`s strengths lie in his ability to coach and develop young swimmers. He is a valuable member of the 2011-2012 coaching staff.

Alicia Lubja
Alicia is a dedicated and accomplished swimmer. This will be her 2nd year coaching the Prospect program. Passion and high-energy are a must for coaching this group. This group coach must successfully convey the love of the sport, all the while preparing these young swimmers for the next level in competitive swimming.
By her commitment, Alicia presents herself as a professional and great role model for our young swimmers.
