Junior
The Junior group is the first of our yearlong programs, running from September to June. The program exposes the swimmer to the wider world of competitive swimming. In addition to two more swim sessions per week, the swimmers will be introduced to basic dryland techniques including flexibility and core strength. The more advanced Junior group swimmers will have the opportunity to participate in developmental-invitational Swim Ontario sanctioned swim meets.
